The training courses offered by our organization are exclusively for professional purposes, governed by the provisions of Book III of Part Six of the French Labor Code. By registering for a training course offered by our training organization, you undertake to enroll in a training course whose objective is exclusively professional.
Our prices are published inclusive of tax and are displayed in each of the training sheets on our website. The internal regulations applicable to learners are available on our website.

Registrations are final and will not be reimbursed before, during or after training in the event of withdrawal.

Training content and objectives are deﬁnis on the training oﬀre submitted to you prior to validation of the order and sent directly by the center by e-mail.

Training hours take place remotely with a trainer (in a virtual classroom), the said trainer has the necessary experience to deliver it, and proceeds to analyze the learners' evaluations to establish their assessment of what they have learned in order to determine whether objectives have been achieved.

The timetable for distance learning in the presence of a trainer is indicated on the training oﬀre submitted to you before the order is validated, and is sent directly by the training center by e-mail.

In the event that the trainer is unavailable, a new training day and schedule will be proposed.
The pedagogical activities to be carried out on the virtual classroom platform, the period of realization and the modalities of evaluation are deﬁnies as follows:

Pedagogical activities: your modules, lessons and exercises will be offered to you via your access to your virtual classroom.
Average time of realization: for distance learning, the training is provided and its time is calculated by our center according to the objectives to be reached.
Period of realization: the period of realization of your training is defined by the time of the session in which you will participate. It cannot be extended in any case, except on acceptance of the training center, in which case a new agreement will be made on a case by case basis.
Evaluation methods: at the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be sent to you by the trainer in order to collect your impressions. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire within two months of your training so that we can assess the impact of this training on your professional project.
